@Iliyana Angelova - Благодаря ти за комплимента. Всъщност, когато започвах блога бях в период на напълняване т.е. може да се каже, че в момента съм си в "нормалните" килограми. Голяма част от това го дължа на комбинацията Пилатес+много плодове, а останалата част - на един доста стресов период. Общо взето за 1 година свалих 10 кг, които бях натрупала за предишните 2 години :)
